Premier – Eagle FC

Player development is paramount to the mission of our club. At the premier level, this is accomplished through utilizing a professional staff organized by our Director of Coaching, Gino DiFlorio. Our staff’s primary focus is to develop our players within Eagle FC program to reach their maximum individual & team potential. The team structure fosters teamwork, leadership, collective problem solving, accountability, and a competitive focus. Players in our Eagle FC program should expect to be held to high character and player standards. This is accomplished through a busy and demanding training environment. Players should expect to have high intensity training at least twice a week from mid-August through June of the following year. As this is the highest level of play that the club offers, players who are willing to commit a significant amount of time and energy to the program are selected through an annual tryout process and placed accordingly.


  • Eagle FC teams will train two times a week in the fall and spring as well as one time indoor (two times is optional)
  • Travel greater distances for competitive, skill appropriate games compared to our “travel” level program
  • Eagle FC teams also traditionally compete in up to 7 tournaments in the Fall and Spring
  • Compete in Pennsylvania State Indoor and Outdoor State Cup tournaments
  • Typically compete in Atlantic Premier League (APL), Eastern Development Program (EDP),
  • Philadelphia Area Girls Soccer (PAGS), and Eastern Regional League (ERL)
  • Players are held to high personal and training standards and are expected to take personal responsibility for their growth

Registration fees cover the following costs:

  • League and referee fees for Fall and Spring play
  • Fields & Equipment (lining of fields, including cost to paint, repair and maintenance of fields and goals)
  • Administrative and Program Costs
  • Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association fees (insurance, registration and team fees)


U9/U10 – up to $1,200 per year*

U11/U12 – up to $1,400 per year*

U13-U15 – up to $1,600 per year*

U16-U19 – up to $1,8oo per year*

*cost include indoor training fees, coaches travel expenses, and participation in Winter Leagues, State Cup play and tournaments. Uniform costs are an additional expense.  Clearer estimate of costs are typically provided at the first team meeting. Individual costs also vary based on the number of players per team.
