Congratulations to Hannah Young after being selected for the United Soccer Coaches All Region II (East) team.

2017 was a big year for Hannah Young. Having committed to Nebraska earlier this year she broke the East Pennsboro points record for both girls and boys soccer this fall. She was named overall Mid-Penn Player of the year as well the Mid-Penn Capital Player of the year for the second year running.

We reached out to Hannah and asked her how she felt about these honors:

“I feel extremely honored to be chosen for the all-region team, the all-state team and mid-penn conference player of the year. I definitely couldn’t have done it without my amazing teammates, coaches, and the community’s continued support – my parents included. I also want to take a second to thank HMMS, especially my long time coach Chris Fox, for the crucial role he and the club have played in my development. I’ve been playing for HMMS since I was 6 years old, and I’ve been coached my Chris since I was 9. I can’t imagine I’d be anywhere near where I am today without HMMS”

Congrats Hannah!
