If registering with HMMS for the first time you must provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport.

Please use the 2012-2013 Age Group Chart to determine the appropriate age group and registration form for your child

Registration reminders:

1. If registering with HMMS for the first time you must provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport.

2. A parent signature is required on the front and reverse side of the registration form.

3. ALL (recreational & travel) U09-U19 players – must provide a small photo stapled to the form.

4. U15 & older players must pay the $15 surcharge which covers higher referee fees in the U15-U19 age groups.

5. NON Hampden, Middlesex, Monroe & Silver Spring residents must include the $10 non-resident fee with their payment.

6. Players trying out for travel or EFC must include the $10 non-refundable tryout fee.

Checks should be made payable to HMMS.

Registrations received after APRIL 10th will be considered late and the late registration fee will apply.

HMMS U08 BOYS AND GIRLS TRAVEL TEAM TRYOUTS FOR SPRING 2012

The U08 Boys and Girls Spring Travel Teams are for currently registered HMMS players.

If your child is a true U08 player, born between 08/01/03 and 7/31/04, or is currently in 2^nd grade and would like to play on a travel team in spring 2012, read the information below.

Any parent interested in coaching the U08 travel team should contact

John Durle, HMMS VP of Travel, at 608-6809.

Tryout Date: Boys and Girls – Saturday, February 11, 2012

Where: Twin Ponds West, Mechanicsburg; Field 4 (boarded field)

*Time: Boys – 12:00 PM-1:30 PM; Girls – 1:30 PM-3:00 PM

* Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to tryouts to register.

Tryout Cost: $5.00 – payable at time of tryout (covers cost of field rental)

Please wear a white t-shirt, dark shorts, and shin guards. No uniforms or shirts with numbers.

The teams will play division 2 or 3 in the Central PA Youth Soccer League (CPYSL) in the U09 age group. Weather permitting, practices will begin mid-March and league games will commence the beginning of April. John Durle and /or Gino DiFlorio will hold a brief meeting with the parents at each tryout to answer questions and review what the spring travel team will be doing. If anyone has questions prior to the tryout dates they can contact John at 608-6809.

Note: Players wishing to participate on a U09 travel team for the fall 2012–spring 2013 soccer season will need to attend the U09 tryouts scheduled in April (boys) & May (girls).
