HMMS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
HMMS is awarding three $1,000 scholarships to HMMS players or HMMS referees. The recipients shall be one male, one female, and one special acknowledgement President’s Selection that meet the following criteria:
- graduating from High School in Spring 2012
- accepted to an accredited college, university, trade, or business school for the 2012-2013 year
- must have demonstrated a commitment to HMMS Youth Soccer
- are in good standing with the policies and by-laws of HMMS
