HMMS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

HMMS is awarding three $1,000 scholarships to HMMS players.  The recipients shall be one male, one female, and one special acknowledgement President’s Selection that meet the following criteria:  

• graduating from High School in Spring 2008  
• accepted to an accredited college, university, trade, or business school for the 2008-2009 year  
• must have demonstrated a commitment to HMMS Youth Soccer  
• are in good standing with the policies and by-laws of HMMS
