• Children that DID NOT PLAY on an HMMS team in fall 2011 but are interested in playing soccer in spring 2012 must register on the Sunday, February 5th registration date.  Look for the “Spring ONLY Registration” table.  We will fill any available openings on existing teams with new spring registrants.  Spring registration is on a first come, first placed basis.  Your child’s birth date must be on or before September 30, 2006 in order for them to be eligible to participate in the spring of 2012.  Registration Forms for Spring ONLY will be available at the Spring ONLY registration table on February 5.
  
  
• Children currently playing soccer with HMMS during the 2011/2012 soccer season should receive a pre-printed 2012/2013 registration packet by mail in late January 2012.  Registration forms will also be available the end of January 2012 online, at your local township office, and at walk-in registration.
  
  
• All players that played soccer with HMMS in the fall of 2011 will remain on the same team for the spring 2012 season.  Your child’s coach will contact you around the end of March 2012 with spring season details.
