Refund Policy
A $20.00 processing fee will be retained for players withdrawing prior to 6/1/12. There will be NO REFUNDS AFTER 5/31/12.

Dear HMMS Families and Friends,
The Executive Board of the HMMS Soccer Association would first and foremost, like to thank you for your support of our programs and your children, as we work together to provide opportunities for the players in our club to enjoy the beautiful game of soccer while learning about teamwork, leadership and the importance of regular exercise!
Our program is serving over 1850 players during our current Fall and Spring seasons. To do this well, it takes 350 volunteers to assist in coaching, painting lines on the fields each week, transporting kids to and from practice, and being involved as needed throughout the year. We want to thank each of our volunteers for all you do!
HMMS has not increased the annual registration fees since the 2007-2008 season, as we have tried to stretch our dollars each year to provide the best programs we can for our kids. We feel our program is one of the best-valued programs in the area based upon all that is provided. Currently, our recreational players are provided with a full uniform, minimum schedule of 6 games during the fall and 6 games in the spring, along with our Friendship Tournament which provides for 3 additional games (weather permitting). We provide referees for each game with the exception of the U-6 age group, in addition to training opportunities for our coaches if they desire.
During the past 5 years we have seen increases in our expenses in the area of player fees of just over 10% through our governing organizations, CPYSL and EPYSA. The cost of paint to line the fields has increased along with the cost of goal equipment we pay for and maintain on each field. Referee fees have increased by approximately 15% since 2008. This season we implemented and provided a formalized training program for our U-6 coaches to implement more consistent training for our younger players, and to provide our newer, less-experienced coaches some guidance and confidence in coaching their teams.
Based upon the above facts, we are announcing an increase of $10 per player across each category of our program, beginning with registration for our Fall 2012/Spring 2013 season.
In addition, there will be an increase in the surcharge from $5 to $15 for the U15 to U19 age groups for referee fees, as we are mandated to use a 3-referee system, which has raised our referee fees for this age group significantly over the past couple of years.
Please know we realize no one likes to see the fees increase, especially during these challenging economic times. But to maintain our programs and provide the benefits we believe our players deserve, this increase is required.
