HMMS Soccer was formed through the merger of the Cumberland Valley Soccer Club (CVSC) and the Hampden Township Youth Soccer Association (HTYSA) on June, 1998.  The club is located in Cumberland county, which is in south central Pennsylvania, near Harrisburg (the state capital).  Although HMMS Soccer is new in name, the original clubs have roots back to 1976.  Twenty-four hundred players, ages 5 through 18, are registered for the 2000/2001 season.  The organization primarily consists of youth from Hampden, Middlesex, Monroe, and Silver Spring townships, which are in the Cumberland Valley School District.  We offer intramural, recreational, competitive, and tournament play opportunities as members of the Central Pennsylvania Youth Soccer League (CPYSL), Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA), and the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA).
