If it is raining on Saturday morning:

Report to your field as scheduled on Saturday.
- If we are postponed due to weather, you will be asked to send ONE representative to HQ to pick up the modified schedule.
Rain Contingency Plans:
PLAN A:
- Play games until field is unplayable or local Township closes the field.
PLAN B:
- Delay games until 1:00pm and start with 8:00am games.
- Game times will be reduced to 2 twenty minute halves.
- Saturday’s schedule will be followed until conclusion.
PLAN C:
- Delay games until Sunday.
- New schedules will be provided at HQ.
- The new schedule will reduce all games to 2 fifteen minute halves for U11-U16.
- Play the entire 10 game schedule on Sunday.
- The last games should kick off at 3:00pm-ish.
- U09-U10s will play 2 twenty minute halves/game, but only play their first 3 games.
PLAN D:
- Cancel entire event.
- We will pay all of our expenses such as field rentals, trophies, police, ambulances, porta pots, dumpsters, referees etc... and cut a prorated refund to each team that showed up on Sunday.
- Refund does not include shirt refunds nor hotel expenses.
- Keep in mind there won’t be much left over but we will refund what we can.
