DIRECTIONS to Hampden Township Parks and Recreation Services Building
From I-81:
Exit from I-81 onto PA Route 581 (Capital Beltway).
After passing the Creekview exit get into the right lane.
Take the Carlisle Pike Exit.
As you approach the traffic light get into the left lane.
Turn left at the traffic light onto the Carlisle Pike.
Proceed straight to the traffic light.
Turn right at the light onto Sporting Hill Road.
After the overpass turn right at the first traffic light onto Park Drive. The Parks and Recreation Services Building is the first building on the right before you enter the parking lot for the Hampden Township Pool.
From PA Turnpike (I-76)
Exit from the Turnpike onto the Gettysburg Exit (US Route 15).
Bear left after leaving the Toll Booth.
Proceed on US 15 North and exit onto Wesley Drive.
At the end of the exit turn left at the traffic light.
Proceed on Wesley Drive.
At the sixth traffic light (road ends) turn right onto Trindle Road (Rt 641 East).
Proceed on Trindle Road to the first traffic light.
Turn left at the traffic light onto Sporting Hill Road.
Travel on Sporting Hill to the third traffic light.
Turn left at the traffic light onto the Park Drive.
The Headquarters is the first building on the right.
From I-83 South:
Use Exit 41 for Camp Hill/Gettysburg.
This exit is also for PA Route 581 (Capital Beltway) West.
Follow PA Route 581 to the Carlisle Pike Exit (Exit 3).
Bear left as you exit the ramp.
Proceed to the traffic light and bear left.
Turn left at the traffic light onto the Carlisle Pike.
Proceed straight to the traffic light.
Turn right at the light onto Sporting Hill Road.
After the overpass turn right at the first traffic light onto Park Drive.
The Headquarters is the first building on the right.
From Points North:
Follow US 11-15 South.
Turn right onto Market Street in Camp Hill (Friendly Restaurant is on the left).
Follow Market Street (becomes the Carlisle Pike) 2.0 miles to Sporting Hill Road.
Turn left onto Sporting Hill Road.
After the overpass turn right at the first traffic light onto Park Drive. The Headquarters is the first building on the right.

When leaving the Headquarters TURN LEFT onto Sporting Hill Road.
Proceed to the first traffic light and TURN LEFT onto the Carlisle Pike.
Travel 0.4 mile and BEAR RIGHT onto PA 581 West (Capital Beltway).
Approximately 2.6 miles BEAR RIGHT onto I-81 North.
Proceed on I-81 North for approximately 2 miles to Exit 61 (Wertzville Road - PA Route 944).
At the stop light at the end of the exit ramp, TURN RIGHT onto PA 944 East and proceed 1.9 miles to East Penn Drive (4th traffic light).
TURN RIGHT onto East Penn Drive and proceed 0.6 mile to light at Magaro Road.
TURN RIGHT onto Magaro Road.
Travel 0.1 mile and TURN LEFT into the park entrance.

When leaving Headquarters TURN LEFT onto Sporting Hill Road.
Proceed to the first traffic light and go STRAIGHT.
Travel 2.2 miles to the second traffic light.
TURN RIGHT at the traffic light onto Creekview Road.
Travel 0.3 miles to the park entrance on the left side.
TURN LEFT into the park complex.
Cumberland Valley High School: 6746 Carlisle Pike Mechanicsburg PA 17050
Fields: HS Eagle 1, 2 & 3; HS Route 11 Field
When leaving Headquarters TURN LEFT onto Sporting Hill Road.
Proceed to the first traffic light and TURN LEFT onto the Carlisle Pike.
Continue on the Carlisle Pike (US 11 South).
Travel approximately 4.7 miles to the Cumberland Valley Educational Complex.
TURN RIGHT at the traffic light into the school complex.
Emergency Services Building: 295 South Sporting Hill road Mechanicsburg PA 17050

When leaving Headquarters TURN Right onto Sporting Hill Road.
Proceed to the first traffic light and TURN LEFT into the Emergencency Services Building complex.
Follow the SOCCER FIELD sign to the access road on the right.
DO NOT PARK IN AREAS RESERVED FOR EMERGENCY PERSONNEL.
Hidden Creek: 199 Milfording Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050
Fields: Fry Tract
When leaving Headquarters TURN LEFT onto Sporting Hill Road.
Proceed to the first traffic light and TURN LEFT onto the Carlisle Pike.
Continue on the Carlisle Pike (US 11 South).
Travel approximately 2.3 miles.
TURN RIGHT at the traffic light onto Sample Bridge Road.
Travel approximately 0.6 mile and TURN RIGHT onto Milfording Rd.
The field is at the end of Milfording Road.
Hampden Park & Pool: 210 South Sporting Hill Road Mechanicsburg PA 17050
Fields: Hampden 1, 2, 3, 5, & 6;
When leaving Headquarters TURN RIGHT and continue into the Hampden Park/Pool complex. Continue past the Hampden Township Pool into the parking area. Fields 1, 2 and 3 are located beyond the playground. Fields 5 and 6 are located adjacent to the tennis courts.
Hempt Farms: 6757 Carlisle Pike Mechanicsburg PA 17050

When leaving Headquarters TURN LEFT onto Sporting Hill Road.
Proceed to the first traffic light and TURN LEFT onto the Carlisle Pike.
Continue on the Carlisle Pike (US 11 South).
Travel approximately 4.7 miles to the Cumberland Valley Educational Complex (on right).
Travel an additional 0.3 mile past the entrance to the school complex.
TURN RIGHT onto Dapp Road (runs beside the football stadium grandstands).
Proceed to football stadium parking area.
Note: NO PARKING AT HEMPT FARMS this year -- park behind the football stadium. CROSSING GUARDS WILL ASSIST WITH CROSSING THE CARLISLE PIKE

When leaving Headquarters TURN RIGHT onto Sporting Hill Road.
Proceed to the third traffic light.
At the light TURN RIGHT onto Trindle Road and proceed approximately 4.5 miles through the Borough of Mechanicsburg to PA Route 174.
TURN LEFT onto PA Route 174, right after crossing the bridge over the PA Turnpike (4 miles from turn from Sporting Hill), just after large green barn on left (Lawns Unlimited), and travel approximately 2.7 miles.
TURN RIGHT into the Joe Carr field complex.

When leaving Headquarters TURN LEFT.
Sporting Hill Elementary School is on your right. Field 5 is behind the school.

When leaving Headquarters TURN LEFT onto Sporting Hill Road.
Proceed to the first traffic light and TURN LEFT onto the Carlisle Pike.
Continue on the Carlisle Pike (US 11 South).
Travel approximately 6.5 miles (passing the Cumberland Valley Educational Complex).
TURN RIGHT at the traffic light onto Ridge Hill Road.(Hess Express Gas Station)
Travel approximately 0.2 mile and TURN LEFT onto Bernheisel Bridge Rd.
The park entrance is approximately 0.3 mi on RIGHT.
