TOPS Have a Great Day with Messiah

Yesterday afternoon, the weather could not have been better for the Messiah College Men's Soccer team to come out and work with the TOPS program at Creekview Park.  TOPS is The Outreach Program for Soccer, a program that works to teach the game of soccer to children with special-needs.  On Sunday the 21st of April, the players from Messiah College's Men's Soccer team joined HMMS to work with the players, and give them a fun and exciting day of soccer.  In very little time, the players from Messiah were running around, teaching the game, interacting with the kids, and helping make this a very special day.  It was wonderful that they took time in their busy schedules to come help, and we thank them deeply for their time and energy.

This year, there were 42 kids from all around the Central PA area enrolled in TOPS, working with 50 volunteers, many of them middle-school and high-school soccer players.

If you have any questions about TOPS, or would like to enroll your child, please contact Eric Bowman at 732-1492 or 319-7398.
